EXPERIENCESJunmai Tasting Experience: Learn about Japanese Sake in Marunouchi

Established in 1625, the Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery primarily makes junmai sake using only rice and water, but are also heavily involved in the production of natural cosmetics, traditional fermented foods, and other specialty goods. As a result of their ongoing commitment to innovation, they've redefined themselves as a "rice fermentation company", going beyond the traditional "sake brewery" label. The bar area at their Marunouchi location offers popular tasting experiences for everyone from first-time sake explorers to seasoned sake fans. You will also learn about sake through talks given by their experienced staff members.

Please reserve your spot between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays or 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance for parties up to six, and at least 14 days in advance for parties of seven or more (up to twelve).
