Keidanren Kaikan Conference Rooms
Overview
Keidanren Kaikan was completed in April 2009, together with the Nikkei Building and the JA Building.
Conference facilities occupy the second through fifth floors.
One of the world’s leading conference venues, Keidanren Kaikan Conference has hosted VIP guests from Japan and around the world, and is used by Keidanren member companies and other clients for functions including international and academic conferences, lectures, organizations’ anniversaries, luncheon parties, and social functions of all kinds.

Lighting equipment
Stage lighting (International Conference Hall, Keidanren Hall) and dimmable lighting are installed (except in Asuka, Tenpyo, Heian, and Restaurant Keidanren) to suit requirements.
Incidental equipment
Facilities are available for simultaneous interpreting between three languages (International Conference Hall, Keidanren Hall, Diamond Room).
All meeting rooms are equipped with LAN, enabling sharing of audio, video, and data between meeting rooms, as well as television conferencing.
Additional LAN connections are also available for an extra charge.
Other
Moveable audience seating (Keidanren Hall), and permanent on-site kitchen facilities can provide catering for Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines.
