Overview
Combining sight-seeing with a culinary experience, the Bento-making course invites participants to explore the colorful array of high quality seafood at Tsukiji Markets, the worlds' largest fish market.
Stocked with selected fresh ingredients, you will travel back to Tokyo's cultural hub Marunouchi, where a cooking class is held on the preparation your very own Japanese Bento box. Participants will be instructed on traditional Japanese cooking techniques centering on the popular but difficult-to-master Teriyaki.
Enjoy your Bento hot at the venue, or take your completed Bento box out for a picnic in Marunouchi's many public green spaces.
