Located in Tokiwabashi Tower near Tokyo Station, MY Shokudo Hall & Kitchen, an event space with a well-equipped kitchen, is an ideal place for cooking/food related teambuilding activities such as fermentation workshops by shop staff and cooking experts, rice ball making lessons, etc.
At the Miso Soup BAR, they offer miso soup and rice balls made with selected local ingredients from all over Japan from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays (while supplies last).

Lecture about rice and miso from a producer and rice ball making lesson
Lecture from a producer: 15 min.
Soup stock and miso tasting: 15 min.
Rice ball making lesson: 30 min.
Eating: 30 min.
